While we strive to maintain accurate product pricing and availability information, we cannot guarantee that every product displayed on argane-oil.ma is available at the stated price. If a price or availability discrepancy arises after you place your order, we will promptly notify you. If the revised price is higher than the original price, we will not charge you unless you agree to continue shopping at the updated price.
3. Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all listed products are in stock and ready to ship. However, stock levels can change unpredictably. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you, and you will not be charged for it. You will be notified when the item becomes available again, and if you wish to reorder it, you will need to place a new order.
4. Product Description & Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we cannot guarantee that your preferred color or variant will be delivered unless clearly stated in the product title. If the product you receive differs from the description or image displayed on the website, your sole remedy is to return the item within 7 business days, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your order is complete, you will receive an acknowledgment email detailing the products you have ordered. This does not constitute acceptance of the sale. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your items have been shipped, confirming that we have accepted the sale.
6. Electronic Invoice
After your purchase, you will receive an electronic invoice (E-Invoice) stored in your account, which you can view and download at any time. If you require a printed version, we will provide one upon request.
7. Order Cancellation & Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. Common reasons for order refusal include:

Violation of our Terms and Conditions. We will notify you by email if your order is canceled, and you will not be charged for any items not accepted.
8. Delivery Policy

Delivery times may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific time slots. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, delivery may be retried or you will need to contact the postal service.

Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage to the items transfers to you. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
10. Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your argane-oil.ma account. If your account information, such as your username or password, is used by a third party due to your negligence, you will be liable for any resulting fees. 11. Returns & Exchanges
