1. Shipping Costs

We offer delivery to all cities in Morocco and internationally. Our delivery costs are based on the delivery location and the order value. Here are the details:

Casablanca:

• For orders under 300 MAD, the delivery cost is 20 MAD.
• For orders of 300 MAD or more, delivery is free.

Excluding Casablanca (Rest of Morocco):

• For orders under 300 MAD, the delivery cost is 40 MAD.
• For orders of 300 MAD or more, delivery is free.

International Delivery:

• Delivery costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout, based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the package. In some cases, we may contact the customer with updated delivery costs based on the carrier's return.
• We currently offer international delivery with FEDEX and DHL to a wide range of countries. Please note that delivery rates and times may vary depending on the delivery country.

2. Delivery Times

• Casablanca: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.
• Other Cities (Excluding Casablanca): Orders will generally be delivered within 24 hours for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.
• International Deliveries: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination. Estimated times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery can take 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country.

3. Delivery Methods

All orders will be shipped via reliable shipping partners to ensure secure and fast delivery. The delivery method chosen will depend on the destination and order size.

4. Delivery Restrictions

• We deliver throughout Morocco and internationally to a wide range of countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us to see if we can deliver to your location.
• Delivery charges for international deliveries will be calculated during checkout, and customers will be informed of the delivery charges before confirming their purchase.
• Additional delivery charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas.
• Customs and Taxes: For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and other fees applicable in your country. These fees are not included in the price of your order and will be charged directly by customs authorities upon delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package. This will allow you to follow the progress of the delivery until it arrives at your door.

6. Delivery Issues

In the event of a delivery issue (e.g., incorrect address, unavailable recipient), we will do our best to resolve the situation. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional charges may apply to retry delivery.

7. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. Any errors in the address could result in delayed or failed deliveries, and you may be liable for additional delivery charges.
